The SnoBreak Committee would like to thank all of the people who participated in our first SnoMan contest! We know the snow conditions were not "ideal" for building snowmen and it did create quite a challenge. You all did an excellent job! :)

Dogs could be entered in the talent portion or in the glamour portion themed "When I grow up I want to be a....." The SnoBreak Committee would like to thank the SPCA, Valley Vet Clinic, Personal Touch Engraving/PAWS, and all those who participated in this event!

The Interfaith Gospel Concert was held at the Base Chapel this year. It was a very uplifting event and there was tea/coffee and sweets for everyone after the concert. The SnoBreak Committe would like to thank Padre Robin Major and all the members of the Lake Melville Ministerial Association for hosting this wonderful event!

The SnoBreak Committee would like to thank the Department of Natural Resources for hosting this event, and all those who participated!

The Annual Trappers Cup Game was held at ,the EJ Broomfeild Arena and proceeds went towards the Special Olympics. SnoBreak would like to thank the town recreation staff, the volunteers, the hockey players, the figure skaters, and all those who helped support the Special Olympics!

The SnoBreak Committee would like to thank the North West River Beach Festival Committee for hosting the event, and Katimavik for serving us all the delicious food! And a special thank you to Serco for donating the bus ride to and from the event!
